The first part of a great story, looking forward for the 4th part. Must play

This is a really fun game. It is the more the urn version of a choose your own adventure book that also has a fighting system. Its well written and has beautiful art. I also founded it to be very interactive. This second game in the trilogy is way longer than the first one. It has good replayability value and is more fun. If you like choose your own adventure games I highly recommend it.

Short, shallow, repetitive.

Didnt sign up for going through the game six times to find all the spell lines.

I dont usually do reviews, however, this story is by far the best game driven read out there! For a phone anyways!!

Guys, this game is really cool, with a rich story well written and well articulated around nice graphs and a simple, yet interesting, game mechanics. Even though, you Inckle guys said youd release Sorcery!3, the third episode on 4 of an ongoing series, last April! And I - and lots of other people, I suppose - I bought episodes 1 and 2 and am now waiting a loooot for Episode 3, what is not fair as you announced it for last April and its already almost July! Thanks for speeding it up!:)

Been waiting for this one since the summer and its been well worth it. So far it has way more choices than the last game, and thanks to the clues section added to the adventure sheet, you can now keep track of the information you acquire to help complete your quest. Great job inkle, Im sure part 3 is gonna be even better!

These are great. Being able to move a character from one book to another is great because it lets you fight and cast spells at a level that makes you feel pretty powerful and cool in many situations. Great game.

If you havent already played sorcery 1 then you shouldnt even be reading the review for this particular game. However if you played it and are trying to decide whether you should get this one then there is no question, you have to get this! Its far larger than the first and and much more fun. My only issue with Sorcery 2 is the fact that they didnt stay very true to the source material. They certainly added a lot of stuff that wasnt in the book. However I cant argue the fact that the stuff they added was pretty good. All in all I cant wait for the third part, I think itll be amazing.

Inkle did great a job converting Sorcery! 1 to an app, and theyve done an even better one here. The changes from Steve Jacksons book are much greater this time around. I think most of his original text is still in there somewhere, but theyve added a ton of new material, and moved some things around. It wont please purists, but it makes for a very enjoyable gamebook. The basic gameplay is the same as before. There is a new mini-game, Swindlestones, which is fun and challenging but completely optional. There is a lot of replayability in exploring every nook and cranny, plus its neat to see what different options become available depending on how you played (honorable or selfish, cautious or headstrong, etc.). I cant wait for the next book!

Wow what a great game very difficult finding all four lines but none the less a great game. Cant wait for the next one! Definitely Excited to see how the story plays out.

There is this bug where if you tap on one of the clues and exit it you cant get rid of the clue ruining the game. I love this game but its happened to me twice now. Please fix.

Bought part 1 and this one. Eagerly awaiting part3 and then part 4 ! I wish more series were made like this one.

Well written, fluid gameplay, charming illustrations, real drama. Gorgeous all over. Loved it.

Literally played for hours. I am having a blast with this!

Make it multi-user and iCloud. Now I need to wait until my girlfriend finish it before I can start playing (yea she resetted my games when trying to start anew gameplay). Icloud is to allow me to play while at work on my iphone and at home on my ipad air

Beautiful, atmospheric, enchanting and above all: entertaining! I am already looking forward to the next instalment. If you love choose your own adventure type games, this is one you CANNOT afford to miss!

The text is beautifully written. I highly recommend headphones, the audio is incredibly immersive and makes you feel like you are literally walking the streets of Kahre. The map itself is my personal favorite, the combination of 2d and 3d elements adds so much to the immersive experience. This game is like reading a fantasy novel, except instead if imagining it, it is laid out in front of you. Absolutely stunning.
